Send back your item within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund.
Items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage. All original tags must remain attached to clothing. Please safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the return of the item(s).
To return an item, please follow the following steps:
1. CLICK HERE to go to the BAGATELLE.CITY Return Center
2. Complete the returns process by entering your email address. You will be sent an email confirming your request and follow the instructions
3. In the email click “Start a Return”
4. Confirm the item being returned, the reason for return and your address.
5. Print the pre-paid USPS label and place on the box.
6. Drop off the box at any Post Office
Once we receive your package in our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place and can take 5 to 10 business days for processing.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. You must return your item and place a new order for the correct item.
BAGATELLE.CITY offers complimentary FedEx Ground shipping on all orders (to 48 contiguous states).
Please note- we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Ground orders should be received within 5-8 business days.
For FedEx 2-day service- choose the upgraded shipping option at checkout ($20 charge applies.)
Any shipping charges are non- refundable.
FedEx requires an adult signature from a recipient, located at the actual given shipping address, at the time of delivery. If the delivery cannot be completed and the package is returned to us, the recipient will incur a $15 fee.
*At this time, we only ship to the Continental USA. Therefore- we do no ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, or Alaska.
International shipping is not available at this time.
